Fernald, Anne Research Summary:
My research investigates the role of language experience in the development of infants’ language processing skills and vocabulary. Working with Dr. Anne Fernald, I am using new speech analysis technology to investigate the natural language environments of Latino children living in the United States. I am also interested in applying these findings to the design and implementation of early childhood interventions.
