April 19, 2021 - 11:30am
Dear members of the Stanford Psychology community,
On behalf of the Psychology department's Diversity Committee, I am very pleased to announce "Real Talk", a new quarterly conversation series designed to bring together the community to engage in difficult conversations about the challenges of life in academia.
Our first quarterly meeting will feature a talk by Claude Steele, on his journey through his career, followed by a Q&A session. This meeting will take place on April 19th, from 11:30am-12:30pm. Please RSVP using this form to receive a Zoom link and check out the attached flyer for more information and what to expect. The talk is open to all members of the Stanford Psych community, including graduate students, staff, postdocs, and faculty.
We hope to see you all there!
Akshay, Nicky, and the Stanford Psych Diversity Committee
